Ms. DeWitt came home to a partially opened garage door, and after studying it, found that the rollers had gone off track.
The first thing our experts did was block the opening with a ladder so it wouldn’t close once back on the track, as that could severely injure our team. After securing the door, we opened the tracks and carefully rethreaded the rollers onto the track, then double-checked them to make sure none of them were damaged. We then lubricated the tracks to make sure they moved smoothly. We then closed the track back up and made sure the door worked properly.
