This customer wanted a garage door opener that would work with her existing door and could be operated via her smartphone.
We sat down with Mrs. Dudley and went over all the models that would be compatible with her door and our customer chose the option she felt was the best value for money. We returned at the agreed time, took down the existing opener and installed the new one in its place. We made sure the door was well balanced and did some maintenance on the rest of the components; then we programmed the opener and showed to Mrs. Dudley how everything worked.
